Do you repair every ESSE model?
We repair electric ESSE cookers only. We do not repair gas cookers. Please include your model so support and parts availability can be confirmed. Oil and solid-fuel appliances need the appropriate specialist.
Which areas do you cover?
Yes — we cover Scotland and Wales as well as England, with electric ESSE cooker repairs across the entire UK. Call with your postcode and model to discuss availability and get a fixed-price quote.
How much will the repair cost?
You’ll speak directly to an engineer who can usually determine the fault over the phone and quote for the job. You know the fixed price before we visit, and there are no hidden charges.
Do you offer evening and weekend visits?
Yes. We work evenings and weekends at no extra charge, with visits between 8am and 8.30pm. We can generally give you a two-hour time slot.
Is your repair work guaranteed?
All our work is guaranteed for 12 months. Our business has been established for 36 years, and all our engineers have over 30 years’ experience.
What if I don’t know my model?
Check your instruction manual or appliance label. If you cannot find it, mention that in your enquiry and have a clear photo of the cooker ready.
